WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
With our simple returns process, you can shop online worry-free.
If something doesn’t work out, you can send most items back within 30 days of delivery.
Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
- Unused/unworn products may be returned within 30 days of receipt of order for full refund.
- Any item(s) that are returned more than 45 days from date of receipt will not be accepted.
- Returns qualify as free if the overall value of the remaining order balance stays above $ 75. Otherwise, a $ 10 charge will be deducted when your credit is processed.
- If your order does not qualify for free return/exchange shipping, please ship your items via a secure method, and retain the tracking information
We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
Racquets - Manufacturer plastic wrap on handle is not tampered, all stickers and tags are still in place as it was when new, must include original cover if any. If racket was requested to be strung by PNC Sports, it is considered a customized racket and is not eligible for return or exchange. Rackets pre-strung from the manufacturer are eligible for return if the manufacturer plastic wrap is still intact with handle and strings must show no sign of wear and tear or usage. For racquets strung at PNC Sports, the cost of the string will not be refunded.
Shoes : Must be unworn in their original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact to be eligible for return. Once received, we may charge 15% restocking fee if returned in not sellable condition. Please ensure that shoes show absolutely no sign of wear or use (e.g. lint, fuzz, debris, hair) prior to returning to us. There should not be any label or tape applied to the original shoe box. Return shipments of 2+ shoes may be subject to return shipping and restocking charge.
Apparel : Apparel must be returned in brand new condition, with all tags attached. Item cant not be washed o worn. There is no manufacturer warranty on apparels.
Custom String Service : PNC Sports doesn't offer a warranty on string service/replacement. After the product has been received, the condition / performance of strings are the owner's responsibility. We reserves the right to refuse replacement on any strings after customer delivery.
Accessories : must return in new condition, with original packaging, unopened, and with all tags and/or stickers intact. Once received, We may charge 15% restocking fee if returned in not sellable condition.
Court Equipment, Machines, Balls Return: Returned equipment, Machines, Balls are subject to15% restocking fee. Pre paid return option is not available. If you have questions, please call and speak with a customer care representative.
Shuttlecocks: Opened tubes of shuttles cannot be returned. We may charge 25% restocking fee if returned in non sellable condition.
Clearance or Close-out items - All clearance or close-out items are final sale. Therefore, it is not eligible for exchanges or returns. SOLD-AS-IS without any warranty from the manufacturer.

Defective Product and Returns Due to Our Error
If there are mistakes with your order, or products arrive defective/damaged at the time of receipt, we’ll make it right by:
Sending you replacement parts or accessories
Replacing the product or
Issue a refund
And we’ll also cover the cost of any return shipping, If the product is not defective, return shipping fees will apply
Can I return customized order?
Customized orders are not returnable. If you have questions, please call and speak with a customer care representative.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless defective or damaged.

2. If you r return is to be processed through retailer, please ship the package to the address below. Please make sure to fill out and insert return form inside the box. It is recommended to use a courier with a tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost or damages for the package while in transit.
